    Rated by our clients

From 100+ Google reviews, and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

I started in construction because I enjoy creating things and seeing ideas come to life. But over time, I’ve realized that the most important part of this business isn’t just the work we do.

It’s the people we meet and the trust they place in us. Every project is personal to someone, and I believe it deserves to be treated that way.

What project are you interested in?

  • It depends on the size of the space, the layout changes and the finishes you choose, so we don’t quote from a price list. We start with a no-pressure conversation about your home and your vision, then give you a clear, honest estimate.

  • It depends on the scope of the work and how long materials take to arrive. We give you a realistic schedule before work begins and communicate openly while it runs.

  • Most remodels that move plumbing, electrical or walls need a permit. We take care of the permit process as part of your project.

  • Usually, yes. We seal off the work area, protect floors and clean up every day. For a kitchen remodel we can help you plan a temporary kitchen; for a single bathroom we schedule the days without water as tightly as we can.

  • Yes. Our passion is helping homeowners turn their ideas into reality. We plan the layout with you and help you choose cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures that fit your vision and budget.

  • Yes. Summit Design Contractors LLC is licensed and insured. We’re happy to share our license and insurance details with you.
